Throughout my professional career, uterine myomas, have been one of the two lines of my work. Diagnosis with ultrasound and uterine embolization have been the topic of my Doctoral thesis, that received the extraordinary award at the Universidad Complutense Madrid. Spain.
A coordinator of a team that created the protocols of uterine myomas for all the Gynecologists in the Spanish Society of Gynecology and Obstetrics in 2013, 2015 and 2017. In the year 2016, the protocol of Uterine Myoma Treatment by Radiofrequency Ablation.
Currently the Radiofrequency ablation vaginally allows us to destroy myomas under sedation, without admission or incisions allowing patients to become pregnant in a few months time.
The other line of my work is prenatal diagnosis and advances in 4D and HD Live (5D) ECOGRAPHY, they have been my interests throughout my professional career.
